Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

Beestung ships via several carrier services. Signature will be required for all parcels over $200 CAD, due to porch theft. 

Orders that are over $199 before tax qualify for free shipping in Canada. Orders that are $198 and under before tax cost a flat rate fee of $25 CAD to ship via courier. Please note that shipping to the USA is currently paused. Orders to the USA cost a flat rate fee of $35 CAD. Shipping is non-refundable.

In-Store Pickup: 

In-store pickup is available on Monday-Saturday during business hours.  Select the 'Pickup in store' option at checkout.  *If the pickup option is not showing for you, try clearing your cache or using a different browser. When your order is ready for pick-up, we send you an email notification.

Processing and Shipping Information:

Online orders are processed the day after they are placed, and can require 2 - 3 business days for processing. Beestung does not ship on weekends or Statutory Holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. 

Lost Parcels:

For lost parcels, please allow 30 days for shipping before filing a lost parcel refund claim.

International Shipping information and policies:

Beestung currently does not offer shipping outside of Canada and the USA. Prices are in $ Canadian Dollars. 

The customer is responsible for any taxes and duty amounts that are incurred from shipping to the USA. Shipping to the USA is a flat fee of $35.

Out of stock items:

If an item is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy, the item will be removed from your order and you will be notified. You will not be charged for any items that are not available.
