Refund policy
Looking to exchange? No problem. Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase with all tags intact and proof of purchase. Beestung does not offer refunds for any items - store credit or exchange only. Store credit is valid for 12 months, and expires after that time. Customer is responsible for keeping their store credit slip and/or email, as we are not able to retrieve credits.
Items can be exchanged in person curbside at our store, or by mail within thirty days of date purchased. Holiday gifts can be exchanged until January 10th (or posted back by Jan. 10th). Please note that the customer is responsible to bringing the exchange back to our store in person or shipping back to the store. Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and free of scent and stains, with their original packaging and all tags attached, and a copy of your original invoice.
Due to the intimate nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of the following items: underwear, swimwear, adhesive bras, nipple covers, shapewear, hosiery. All boxed items are final sale. Gift cards are also final sale.
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately all sale items (reduced price items) cannot be exchanged and are FINAL SALE.
Items with discount codes: Items purchased using discount codes from various promotions MAY be exchanged. Items that are marked down on sale are NOT eligible for exchange.
Price adjustments: As a small business, we do not offer price adjustments on pieces purchased before a sale or discount code launches. Thank you for your understanding.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, and any duties incurred, for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Beestung is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipment of the item(s) you are returning.
Items returned due to package refusal or missing signature will be credited minus shipping charges.
