COVID-19 Update

We are open for in-store shopping at a 15% capacity as of Friday June 11th. No appointments are necessary. We operate on a first-come first-served basis. If our front door is locked, we are at our max. Please await your turn outside.

Read more about our re-opening here on our Blog. You can shop online 24 hours a day though. We offer curbside pickup. We can also ship your order directly to your door via Mile1 Express Local Delivery or expedited with Canada Post. We appreciate your support!

WE OFFER CURBSIDE PICK-UP, EXPRESS LOCAL DELIVERY AND SHIPPING!

 

1. Can I make an appointment?

No. We operate on a first-come first-served basis. If our front door is locked, we are at our max. Please await your turn outside.

 

2. How much is shipping?

Orders that are over $150 before tax qualify for free ground shipping in Canada. All other orders cost $10 to ship within Canada. Click here for our complete shipping policy.

 

3. Can I do curbside pickup?

Yes! Curbside pickup is available throughout the week. Select the 'curbside pickup' option at checkout.  *If the curbside pickup option is not showing for you at checkout, try clearing your cache or using a different browser.

When your order is ready for pick-up, we send you an email notification with a link to our curbside pickup schedule. Simply select the time slot that is best for you to schedule your pickup. Here is the link to our curbside schedule. Should you need to reschedule your curbside time, simply revisit the schedule and change your appointment. You must be able to come right up to our front door to retrieve your purchase.

 

4. What if the curbside pickup times do not work for me?

If our curbside pickup times do not work for you, please select Canada Post Shipping. 

 

5. Can I exchange a purchase from online? 

Yes! Please click here for our complete refund policy. Please note that the customer is responsible to bringing the exchange back to our store or shipping it back via Canada Post, and for paying any duties incurred. Discounted merchandise is final sale. 

 

6. I have a gift card or store credit from your brick and mortar store. Can I use this online?

Unfortunately no. To use a gift card or store credit from our brick and mortar store, simply email us and we will process your order for you. Only gift cards purchase through our Shopify site can be redeemed on our e-commerce site.

 

7. Do gift cards expire?

No, gift cards do not expire.

 

8. Does store credit expire?

Yes, you have 12 months to use up store credit for any exchanged merchandise. Please note that store credit from the brick and mortar store has a different policy.

 

9. What currency are the prices in?

Our default currency is listed in Canadian Dollars. For customers in the USA though, prices should be reflected in USD but purchases will be billed in CAD.
